Hi Paul, I haven't looked at the P47 yet, but the Phanomen Granit H25 is the cleanest resin kit I have ever seen! Thought it was styrene at first. Made by WSW (Wings Ships Wheels). All the rest are plastic Thank God! All this stuff came from our good friend Gregg Schneider at Small Scale Hobbies........I've had it on back order for quite a few months. Give him a call he may have ordered extra stock. BTW the Mark IV tracks are the bomb I initially ordered 20+ sets but since they are made in the Ukraine he got one set from who knows where and that's it. BTW the wheel sets were only $2.50 a set, so kinda reasonable. Let me know how you make out.

Rick , the way things are heading think you could be quite right !Thanks Pard.....I'm try'n to cover my bases in case they decide to lock us down or some other foolishness in the future. I also scored 52 bottles of Testor's Modelmaster Enamels (out of production) day before yesterday but didn't post 'em up.......looking at bottles of paint is almost as boring as watching it dry!!! :tongue-out3:
Nice haul , should keep you out of trouble for some time

As part of the effort to reduce my use of solvent paints I've ordered a few more AK paints from John at the shop. Should also add a bit of variety to my pallette for miniatures.
I've also ordered a storage rack after resisting for so long. I don't have any Ammo paints but it seems hobbyzone only make this type with the branding, or at least I couldn't find one without it.
My one bugbear with the AK paints is that when stored in a drawer like mine are they jiggle together and rub the writing from the labels. Tricky when you want to reorder one that you're getting low on but can't read what it is! Hopefully this storage rack will prevent that.

I agree on the AK printing but to obviate that I write the relevant info on the labels with a Staedtler superfine Overhead Projector (OHP) pen - works well!As part of the effort to reduce my use of solvent paints I've ordered a few more AK paints from John at the shop. Should also add a bit of variety to my pallette for miniatures.

Cracking idea. I'd thought about sticking clear tape over the labels but that sounds less fiddly :smiling5:
I have all my paints listed on a spreadsheet so should be able to play detective and work out what the illegible ones are.Comment
