Lovely haul Peter. The rialto looks fun. The coaches are extremely interesting. They are from the Blue Pullman if you didn’t know…..they were withdrawn in 1973, after only 13 years service, but were a forerunner of the inter city 125s. Did you get a power car as well, or is that two kitchens and a parlour?

Called Nanking blue I believe. Someone like Railmatch or Phoenix precision should do it…..might be in old fashioned enamels though.

As I said in my Albatros W.4 post, I did a little retail therapy to try and screw my head back on straight. The first one from evilbay was easy, but the second one from evilbay was a big brain fart on my part........The first was cheap at €38.50 + postage, 2 weeks ago,

Got some Friuls already built to replace the rubber bands in the box. The next purchase was 2 auctions running out 1 minute apart. At Stammheim, I had bought some Quinta Studio decals for vehicles, but I didn't have a kit for one of the sets. The two kits came up and the first one was this,

I threw a bid on it and went directly to bid on the second kit, not waiting to see if I had won it. The second kit was this,

I just needed the Kfz. 4 or the Kfz. 1 for the decals. I won this kit and went back and saw I had won the other kit too!!! I only needed one vehicle and ended up with 4 vehicles. DOH!!!...Brain fart from hell......2 kits will go back in evilbay for sure.....Retail therapy from MBK was also needed and they finally got this in stock,

I also got the 3D printed tires for my Fugliest Schwimmwagen as I hate the rubber ones that are in the kit. Lastly, I finally cleared my wish and grabbed this 4 days ago off evilbay. It's for my Zeebrugge project and was cheaper than you may think,

The funny thing was the seller sold it to finance a WNW Felixstowe 2a kit (the plane in the background). If I had known that we could have made a trade as I have the Felixstowe 2a in the stash and will never build it because it is too big!!!...Crazy world......

Supplied by John in his usual speedy and efficient manner…..the metallic blue is the aircraft wheel well etc colour for those that don’t know…..and a 50/50 mix of RLM02 and Hemp apparently gives the correct airframe colour…..
Oh, the dark colour is the cowling and the clear blue is to enable me to do the wingtip lights.
