A new oil drying box - Box £15 from Hobby craft (only a fiver as had a gift card from Christmas ) bulb holder , couple of quid, tinfoil from the kitchen, cord from recycling a old lamp and a spare bulb. Tinfoil half in place with no more nails again lying around in the toolbox

put a 1/5 head in for about 2 hrs and it was nice and dry, my old bigger box took at least twice that long.Comment

I have a Trumpeter one that in my mind looks exactly the same (I haven’t actually compared the two), and it’s very much intended to replicate flush rivets on aircraft models. Run it over the surface and it will leave a line of little dimples — not suitable for armour models at all.Comment

Mind you,i've had one those in the stash for years,it's quite tiny...
