Doug,
easily done - all you need is to be not concentrating & down you go! I have no feeling in my feet & If I don't watch my step (!!), I can find myself looking at the carpet in close-up! One thing I've found is not to get up straightaway - relax & see if all your bits work, before carefully resuming the upright state!

Thanks Dave. I'm usually ok, no issues, however, of late I haven't felt 100% but that hadn't stopped me from doing what I normally do. In future I'm going to slow down a bit. As SWMBO tells me - I ain't a youngster anymore!!!!! Today has been good, a real slow down, no gardening, no decorating, no jumping up ladders cleaning facia boards. Just me, my mug of tea, the odd cuddle with the wee white beastie! (That's the dog not the wife!!!). Oh, I did dabble with a few decals.
Time to slow things down! I can take a hint.
I think I had most of my looking at the carpet when I was younger. Nothing to do with my plates of meat though!!! Stay safe Dave.
Doug
