my health is progressing well, gaining strength in my legs which is a lot of help and the cancer, based on the last month checks, is under control. To those who know about these things my psa dropped from right up there in the thousands down to being βbarely detectableβ 0.3.
And more good news.
My son has gone off to Wales for a full week on a course. He will be back here next Monday until the 24th and he is off to Nepal to explore , coming back after Christmas before returning to sea on a new contract. why is this so importantβ¦. I am back on the bench todayβ¦..
I will miss my son, who has been amazing and itβs thanks to him that I am now as independent as I am. Alice (my lady) will be with me at weekends and my older son will pop around Wednesday nights for a movie, beer and pizza. I have a very short list of things I cannot do, such as emptying the bins, which they will help with when they are here. I also have other family and friends who pop in now and again with a support network set up on WhatsApp for things like getting me to hospital for my check ups.
so all is good and I am really looking forward to getting on with the Border Lanc later today.
That is the very best of news. So glad your health is heading in the right direction. Looking forward to seeing your Lancaster progress. Good that you have such wonderful support from family and friends.
It sure is great to hear that things are on the up for you. A good family and network are a big part of the equation. I am sure that the younger that has been you live in help is going to have a well earned break from chasing after you all the time.
Hope Alice is well and adjusting to being a Brit!
Look forward to seeing a bit of productivity from the bench that is.
