Seems to be shows in various states at varying times of the year John. We have them in NZ so I'd be surprised if you lot didn't seeing as you like to follow our lead :P

Yes. thought I would go to that one.158 miles from me but should be an easy drive up the A1.Never been before.Is there plenty to see?

It 280 miles and 6 hours for me .. Why oh why can't they arrange these club shows to coincide with me visiting the kids

I can only find 1 show up here and I've heard its a bit flat and not worth the entrance fee from a few people.

I`ll be at the Newark Club show at Southwell Racecourse again this year, I`ll be on the Nottingham Plastic Model Club stand as usual.

Yes people its that time of year again. Sunday the 13th october at Southwell racecourse ,Southwell , Notts NG25 0TS , is the Newark Expo , organised by the Lincoln model club . This is a free event held under the grandstand at the racecourse and is a great show,with plenty of clubs exhibiting , a good selection of traders and a multi class competition ,open to all for just £1 per model entry fee. The venue has a bar ,snack bar and a seating area and the car parking is also free . Last year was a good get together ,with several forum members meeting up for the first time and a couple of wins in the comp. We will be meeting up in the seating area at 12 o clock , so if youre coming let us know , you'll know youve found us when you see this!
