Just picked up the Tamiya Mossie NF as well, it does look to be a good kit.

If Airfix had thought of bringing out a new tool then I might have considered one but at the price I paid for both it was a no brainer. The Corsair is so far beyond the Fujimi, Heller and Hasegawa kits I have as well. (anybody want a Fujimi Corsair, it really is a dog)Comment

Just bought this today, I was going to wait until I had finished the HMS Warspite, but I saw it and it said "Buy me". Who am I to refuse a plea like that!

I also order the Hunter wooden deck, the Flyhawk upgrade kit, a compressor and a photo etch bending tool which arrived today.

Arrived this morning for the future Movie Cars Build.
Being an ex 'Hot Rodder' I will be chopping & channeling to make Milner's '32' 5 window coupe.
I'm amazed at just how many parts are in this kit. (for a car)
I could have got the actual kit for this, but it wouldn't be as much fun
Also looking for Falfa's '55' Chevy, but all the ones seen so far have been too pricey.
For those not conversant with the cars, the film is 'American Graffiti' the jumping off board for many (now) famous actors/actresses.

just opened the box of Christine and i have to say very very disappointed, firstly we all know that the plymouth fury in Christine was actually a Belvedere but Since this is supposed to be the Plymouth Fury from the film I didn't expect to find the Belvedere name embossed on the side, and the flash in the kit is terrible i have bought airfix kits of a quarter the price and better quality. there iv'e had my moan i will just have to hope the others are not as bad, lots of work to do on this kit.Comment
