A very nice fella on here (Robert) gave me this. Well at least he wanted to. But I suggested a swap for a 1/35 Panzer kit I had..........This kit is ripe for a custom job. Maybe a Streetfighter or some such.

Got my Morser Karl Gerat, a King Tiger, the airfix jackal and warrior, a Churchill and then went back on airfix and bought two more jackals, the landrover kits and some british soldiers for a huge 1:48 afgan dio.Comment

That`'ll be a major project Dave. I built the Jackal a while back and it is a great kit, goes together well and is a well detailed interpretation of the real one. I worked on the Jackal Project and Airfix have done a good job. The only thing they screwed up on is the tread pattern on the tyres. But there are aftermarket wheels an tyres available for it............ One other thing. With the clarity of hindsight. If I built one again. I would leave the suspension off until toward the end. I lost track of the number of times I busted and repaired it.Originally posted by \Got my Morser Karl Gerat, a King Tiger, the airfix jackal and warrior, a Churchill and then went back on airfix and bought two more jackals, the landrover kits and some british soldiers for a huge 1:48 afgan dio.Comment

Hi all due to the Black Friday event on the Airfix website Xmas came early for me this year and my presents have arrived. I Just love bargain buys . I just might build some of them but the rest are just investments for the future
And after another visit I've just ordered my Easter present a 1/24 Stuka @ £39.99
