i got 3 new airfix spitfire 1s from the avon show.nice kit, but needs to be worked at to get good fit of parts. the engraved panel lines are too deep but it is still a nice kit.
Mmm that's a mean lookin machine. I like how it has to say "contains one model" on the box.... I wonder if a model company has received any complaints about not including the 2nd or 3rd model in a squadron on the box art!!
Oops Scott Erm Have I changed my name. I am sure my B.C says Tony on it. Getting another 3 kits to day,Monty's Caravan,Churchill A.V.R.E and another Munitionsschlepper.
Wow,you chaps certainly accumulate some kits don't you! Very nice they are too. When do you get a chance to build them lol.
I don't really keep a stash of kits due to space. I've got enough stuff to build them with to fill my cupboard! This is probably a good thing as I have to more or less buy to build.
Allyne....are you going for world domination on the Ju 88 front lol :-) Nice kit dude, regards Martin
I've seriously gotten into the nightfighters of the Luftwaffe. I'm trying to get them all in 1/48. I've got a Ju88 G6 coming and next on my list hopefully will be a Fw190 A8/R11 and a Me262B-1a/U1

Nice one buddy, 1/48 is a very nice scale. Make sure you stick up a pic of the Fw 190 when it comes, sounds a cracker, cheers mate :-)
Dragon, Masterbox and Trumpeter all do a Munitionsschlepper of some description in 1/35. You'll need to check the actual kits to see if any are suitable to go with the Morser Karl, but I'm fairly sure that Dragon's kit was specifically made to go with their version.
Oops,Rustsatz R11 was an updated radio system,a PKS12 autopilot, windscreen heating and maybe other stuff I didn't write down. I was thinking of one of the later Neptun radar installations.
Many A8/R11s were used as bad weather fighters rather than night fighters. I've some piccies somewhere of them serving with JG 301.
