Tiny little Nuts, bolts, washers and Screws...

    No not the joke.

I have a serious need for a couple of hundred sets of the above. Calibre 35 (Do they exist still) do/did just the job but are rather hard to find. Hannants sell them but the size I want are sold out. I need the 1,5mm size sets.

Any one got any ideas as to who else sells them. Searching the net has not turned any thing up. The places I have found are all sold out and Calibre 35 have yet to reply to my emails.

Failing that does any one know where you can buy real ones is´n such small sizes, or how I can make them?

At the moment I thing I will need about 150 of them!!!

Saw the Hobby easy ones there out of stock. The Czech Master ones are only bolt heads. I need the nuts on a bolt type....

I found a place in Aussie land that has some but I can imagine getting stitched up on the post (and duties).

        Thanks for the links though.

An interesting link Martin. Like you say, a bit pricey and for the amount I need I think it might be noted as a last resort. They sure have a good choice, but still trying to find 1,5mm... every thing is to small so far. Now I didn't think I would be saying that!

Does this mean you'll now start selling Viagra?

What dimension is the 1.5mm referring to?

                      Oh technical question...lol

Erm Guilty. I was going by the size I read in an article. I can though say that I can imagine at the widest point; corner to corner if you like.

The job at hand is to add the missing bolts that hold the torpedo tubes on the deck of my MTB 77. Italerie sort of forgot them!

The foot has a width of just 2mm from edge to vertical part, so I would say that a maximum size of 1.9 across the points.

I have found a couple of places where I can get some but at a tenner for a pack of 20 - 25 and needing about a 100 I would like to keep my options open. I have found some Hex plastic profile that I might be able to make them from, but the idea of doing the amount I need and getting them the same.....:-/

Ian, not sure what you are after, but I use this guy for my ships fittings, he does very small threaded items, mostly brass though.
