Looks like a good year next year... For some.

If I say so myself, the build calender for the coming year is possibly one of the best we have had for a while. Lots of variety, with something for everyone.

A good year for Anniversaries that have given us some brilliant Super SIG projects that I suspect will be well used.

I am looking forward to them all. Or should I say was.

We have decided to sell up and move house and we all know what that means,,,,

We moved a year ago and I am still around a year away from having an available workshop. As for time, not much chance of that for a while either!!!

Well the madness is setting in. The estate agent is now waiting for the call to say that the photog can come and take pictures...

and the surveyors to give the building the once over and do a energy report.....So its time to start packing away and tidying up (all the time!!!).

Then there is the bathroom that is still waiting for the plumber; (me). The loft needs re-insulating so we are also waiting for him,(Me). Then there are the light sockets and the odd wall socket that needs changing, Guess who.... Other than that no worries. I have after all twelve days to do it in.....

Must be mad Ian. Did it in March phew! Hope you are lucky five weeks from agreeing to move & we parted company with the abode.

Should start a poll thing. The advert on BBC for TV licences says we on average have moved 8 times. We are bang on & no more except heaven ! O hell what am I saying ?

Moving house is one of the most stressful things we do in our lives.

Good luck, I hope that it goes well and easy for you.

                        Cheers

I take it you don't have children Steve?

Good luck Ian, it'll be over and done in no time and you'll be wondering what all the fuss was about

I was lucky the last time I moved, I did it all in two trips as I left all the main items in the old house for the daughter.

Just discovered that the main distribution board is not "Up to spec". (read illegal). Dam EU and their constant rule changes...
