      nice job Adrian , your moulds look better than mine. i am having trouble getting anything to fit properly.

          I've had to scrap the idea of having the guns accessible, firstly the detail is awful and secondly the fit is just rubbish !!!!

            hell yeah, mine in flight mode so i dont have to worry about all the wheel wells and crappy landing gear

                Managed to get a very nice steel coat onto the whole of the model, I used steel as it scales up better than using a chrome. As I have used Mr Hobby Metal color, I'll buff some panels to give a worn and used look.

                  Looks good. I used polished aluminium on a 1:72 Mustang, rather than chrome, but even then that might still be a bit too shiny. Nice to see how well it buffs up.

                        well done adrian,you are wizzing along with this, did you manage to get those tiny clips to work in the wing flaps or did you not bother. i have spent the last hour trying to get one to fit in the rear wing flap and i am about to give up and just glue the whole thing together.

                          They fitted ok but are useless and don't work once in place, still debating gear up or down will dry fit and see what it looks like

                            Well, the P51 is now a Red Tail Still lots to do with other paint work then the decals and weathering but hoping to have it ready for the Crewe show
