Welcome to the Tiger B Group Build!

A warm welcome to all the entrants in this GB & for everyone's assistance in making it possible - most especially Ian (papa695) who breathed life back into it

The GB will run throughout 2017, so there's plenty of time... Even for me!

Any Tiger B/King Tiger can be built in any scale.

Have fun & here's to a good GB!

A Tamiya classic there Monica as Tommy said, zimmerit is a necessity for the Porsche turret version. Maybe an experiment with wood filler?

                    Hi Monica
I'm putting zimmerit on mine I have the trumpeter rollers but I'm going to apply no more nails and use a fine razor saw to add the pattern. If that's any help

I got the idea from YouTube Monica.
I've tested it on some scrap styrene and it works well and because its water based its easy to clean tools unfortunately I can't find the link.
If I remember correctly it was posted by Salisbury model centre
                        Hope this helps
Its still there Monica but for some reason I can't find the link to it

ta for the info,I did see a good one yours using wood filler, much the same,
and washers up with water as well,
the only thing is which to get the trumpeter rollers in in one size or like with the Tamiya ,point what ever ? or the Tamiya one,at .7

This will be my entry for the GB. I've not bought the kit yet, that'll be after Christmas. I think this one will need to be a build that requires 100% dedication, so I'd better crack on & clear my to-do list!
