It definitely is a big 'un Tommy! I reckon the hardest part will be resisting all the AM stuff that's available for this kit

It is a cracker of a kit, I built one on commission for a client a few years ago.

Thanks Paul, although I'm in a quandary at the moment about the interior. Having looked through all 18 pages of a 2 1/2 year build on Britmodeller, I'm wondering how much of the interior I want to do. To be honest, what attracts me to the kit is the sheer size of it & adding the authentic features to the exterior... Hmm lots more chin scratching ahead!

The GB will run throughout 2017, so there's plenty of time... Even for me!

Any Tiger B/King Tiger can be built in any scale.

Have fun & here's to a good GB!

Hi Ryan, Tiger B is the official German designation for what's more commonly called the King Tiger.

Hi guys not sure if this is any good to anyone but this site has some good info and some tiger 2 camo schemes

The Tiger II, often referred to as the King Tiger or even Bengal Tiger (Königstiger) was the largest and heaviest operational tank fielded by the German Army in WW2.

Don't buy trumpeter roller to apply zimmeritt with wood filler or liquid nails they are no good they block up and just skid about use a razor saw or tamiya combs
