A bit more progress, painted and fitted the seat and fire extinguisher and the dash is done, lots of painting black plastic black! Starting adding some colour.to the driver and ive also stripped the chrome off the wheels and painted them to look a bit more like a polished aluminium.

Driver is about painted,going to give him a coat of gloss then apply a few washes to add some depth.
The body has had a coat of tamiya rattle can primer and will get a 2000 grit wet and dry sanding, also I've made two large holes in the boot as these will have fuel filler caps inserted from underneath.Comment

Nearly done with the driver, ive cut the lettering from the decal seatbelts and stuck them on just to add a bit of interest.he just needs a coat of flat clear. Found some old decals ive used to add a bit of colour to the helmet, red and green to match the castrol stripes on the car.Comment

Loving the drivers painting/shading and seat belts.
Coincidence corner: Autoflug, who make seat bets and parachute webbing straps, in South Africa were the next door factory and really good customers of mine and the owners son had a Renault 5 Turbo (road version) as has been made in this GB.Comment
