discussion Identity Crisis?

Once upon a time (don't all good yarns start like this?) if somebody liked' or responded to a post you were able to identify who they were by hovering over the icon; I'm unable to do this now and it's somewhat frustrating to be told that another user has 'liked' or responded and I don't know who that person was. Similarly, the Members List is unavailable - I understand there is no distinction between members and guests so perhaps that's the reason. Does anybody else have this niggle?

Erm.....no

Members list is now easier to find and use than it used to be.......go to the three lines top left .....its about 6th on down

And the 'likes' i just hold my finger on it and the names pop up

Well, interestingly, neither Kate nor me can (a) find three lines anywhere and (b) neither of us can get the 'hover' or keeping a finger on the 'like' button to work! I put my failure down to technical ineptitude but Kate is a tech wizard (works daily with IT) - the 'hover' button works perfectly with the icons on the bottom of the page but otherwise - zilch!

Takes about two seconds to come up. Just press and hold, don’t hover.

Weird. I get them on my IPad and my Windows 10 PC. What device are you using?

All works for me on computer and phone.

I don't get the three lines either, using a windoze10 laptop at the mo, but the members list is one of the main tabs along the top of the page for me.
The names coming up when you hover over a like button does work ok for me.

I got a cheapo laptop running Windows 11.

Might as well comment while I'm here. Lots of folks seem to have issues with pictures. I use a Motorola G14 to take pics. To upload them onto the site, I physically connect it to my laptop using a USB cable. I have absolutely no problems selecting the pics I want, uploading them and copying them into my posts - and it doesn't seem to matter how long it takes me.

Just noticed that when I rotate my iPad from portrait to landscape the three lines disappear…..and are replaced by a set of tabs.

The 3 lines are a drop down menu, they are common only on mobile site or when the screen res isn’t as wide, just when you turn your iPad to portrait view.

as for the likes, they work when you long press on them
