THANKS Scottie for your replyComing on nicely Chris
WELL Steve one of my boaty mates took my 4 big shelves as he is goin to strenghen them an then fit them up on the wall in my model room so the carrier can stand on display on the bottom shelf but only hope he dont lose them shelves as he like me is getting old anyway thanks for your reply sirThat is going to be huge Chris. Where are you gonna keep it. Nice progress.
AN HI Joe thanks for your kind comments sir an glad you think im doin fine well thats cheered me up yes the planes are very small wing span about 2 an a half inches but the B 25 ARE a decent size an will hopefully be a better fit an yes as you can see right through them they may be the ghost sqr lol cheers sirConsidering the scale and not the overall size of the model Chris, I say you are doing a fine job mate. Those aircraft look fiddly and must be small insect sized. Are they from the Ghost Squadron?![]()
WOW Jack many thanks i never thought of that i'll give it a go today an see if your idea has merit cheers if it does work then i'll be a happy bunnyExcellent work as always Chris! I believe the planes will be easier if you try and thread one half of the fuselage over the port side wing, and then the other over the starboard wing for the halves to then meet in the middle? They look like they should fit that way?
The wing is located in the middle of the fuselage, so it's a Wildcat. If the wing was at the bottom it would be a hellcat, cheerscan anyone tell me what plane it is eg wildcat or hellcat ?
HI Steven many thanks for that info as it dont say on my destructions all it gives is a number of the aircraft so it a wildcat then cheers sir very nice of you to reply an ive treid to build it an fit on the undercart an prop an boy what a job that was as ive been spraying it an fitting them them parts since 11 am an just finished an boy i thought p/e was bad but nothing compared to these planes they broke severall times an tryin to reglue them back on the plane well the bin was close an another 16 of them buggers to do AAAARRRGGGGHHHH I THINK i will be a head case by the time i finish them if i do that isThe wing is located in the middle of the fuselage, so it's a Wildcat. If the wing was at the bottom it would be a hellcat, cheers
AN HI Jack yes you was right regards threading both parts of the fusealarge onto the wings an it meets in the middle why i dint think of this i cant understand but i suppoce its due to when i build the big aircraft i always build the fusalage firstly then the wings to fit on but Jack many thanks as this will save a good bit of modeling timeWOW Jack many thanks i never thought of that i'll give it a go today an see if your idea has merit cheers if it does work then i'll be a happy bunny
cheers sir hope you are well

HI Steven yes im gonna need the luck an hope im still sane after building these little devils as they are very brittle plastic an near lost it on the prop just as well freinds came an jen called me down as i was gonna fit on the decals so will do that tomorrow an jen wants to go dress shopping tomorrow so i wont have her here to steady my wrist oh dearYou zoomed in quite a lot but at 1/200 scale it's tiny! Hope you'll find a system to manage building them all, goodluck
