Okay, quick question. Can the build be a conversion, rather than straight OOB?
If it's a Mig, it's in. So yes, I guess a conversion is just fine.

What I'll be doing is one of the Ye-6s, the two prototypes for the MiG-21. There was a delta-wing version and a swept wing one, to test the two types of wing for efficiency of each wing form. The swept wings were basically identical to the MiG-19
