Yes spot on brother.

Done a lot of impressions into the foam for bricks. Also have use crackle paste to look like damaged stucco.



Need to trim back the return on the second foam board. Once that is done its off to make the windows. Also making the side wall that has been smashed in; this will be done as debris on the pavement and road. After that, it's the remains of the doors, frames and then the roof joists. These will have damage!

Have ordered the Fruil tracks form John , built the kit at the same time as the StuG. So only a few photos.

I was reading earlier some old posts from 2022, boy we had some fun here in those days.

This kit was kindly given to me along with several others by @Richard48, when we all met up at the Stamford Show earlier this year.


So what do I build dio-wise? I had thought of a tank crossing a railway track, but looking back I really enjoyed buildings, so thoughts and ideas please.

Going to have the "lid " shut.

Not bad moulding, I see this model has now been discontinued.

I chose to build the earliest version with the attached armour plate to the front.

You always create wonderful buuldings John.I follow a Greek guy on youtube and my word he creates some delightful stuff.He casts his own bunkers etc in plaster and look so nice."Octupus models" is his channel name.

Thanks Jim, glad some one else remembers those articles as well. I printed them off, and when the book came out, it was a natural choice.

Well, I decided to scrap the build. Have kept the base and the T34 along with some roof timbers that were cut. With my wife suffering from dementia, I can't concentrate.
For the moment I shall watch others and consider whats next. Such is life.

I'm not at all surprised that your current situation is no conducive to concentrating. My thoughts are with you both. The time and desire to build again will come in it's own good time.
