discussion Internet Providers? NUTS!

I can't mention the providers for obvious reasons, but, as the new deal was excellent, I changed from one to another a week before Christmas last year.

My new provider has taken from then until yesterday to connect me to their system. I've never had to endure so much bollocks, lies, buck passing, indecision, people reading parrot fashion from a card and general confusion from the large, and well known provider I now have the misfortune to be with.

Yes, I have a mobile phone, but it's that old it doesn't have internet and spends most of it's life in my sock drawer.....

I look forward to getting a reply to my 'Interesting letter' I intend sending to the provider.

Anyway, I'm now back with my buddies on here and looking forward to trying to catch up on the builds.
I'll try my best to post comments, but with being off air for so long I could well miss a load, so apologies if I do.

I was getting random slow downs at work so I rang my ISP and the guy told me they have a test that they can run, then spent another 10 minutes telling why he couldn't run it, and guess what he didn't
