Still got two large plastic skips of my sons Lego, plus some from my our own childhood in the cellar, plus the instruction books, but not the boxes. My wife’s retirement plan is to get it out and build it all.

Unfortunately I no longer have all my meccano.

Oh Gods, I hope not! I've bought them as a sort of investment in the hopes I'll get more for selling complete kits than I paid for job lots. If I start collecting them for the sake of having a Lego collection, there's no hope for me. My stashitis will have turned me into a hoarder!

Hi JC. Yes thanks, I have used both the Bricklink and Brick Owl sites to find missing parts.

You gotta shop around on both sites though, 'cos there can be HUGE differences in prices. The biggest one I've seen so far for a single piece (not a minifigure, but a building piece) is £9.00 from one site and 30p from another!
