Nothing anyone who’s read a decent book about StuGs doesn’t already know, except for what I found to be rather interesting observations about the colour and markings. (Well, that and the surprise that someone who knows so much about German vehicles can have such atrocious pronunciation of German words )

Try Panzer Insight on You Tube too, for lots an lots of videos with quite a good Stug collection

You tube is so good for armchair research either on the laptop, mobile or TV.

Hi Jakko, excellent, watched it three times and will again!!! and many thanks! I think i have the interior photos. Hope they restore the beauty but keep and protect the lovely orginal paint work

As to his German better than mine and for me at least good to hear what the items sound like!!

I think my knee is going to keep me off work until this Coronavirus has gone full term.

Have you had anything positive in the way of diagnosis/treatment yet?

Mine is just, ""The swelling should go down by 6 months! We'll worry about it then!""

So, I'll keep trying to sit at my bench, and keep watching You Tube

Miniac, Squidmir, Plasmo, Andy's Hobby, Steamgeezer, there is just too much too choose from LOL

Take care and hopefully tomorrow will be a better day

Still no total diagnosis but a report my doc sent to the college says he rates my fatique as intense and a disability. He also says i cannot work and should retire on ill health, have a meeting in college Monday so hopefully they will agree that they cannot have be back even with adjustments to my work.

Hope you recover asap!!

When I heard him remark it’s the original paint, my immediate thought was: “I hope they don’t paint it!”

Ummm … not really If I hadn’t known what he was saying I doubt I would have understood half the German terms he was using.

I just had another thought: if you want to know what German words sound like, try Google Translate. Set the From language to German and type the word into the text box, then click the View attachment 376112 below it.
