Chris, both you and Gregg are true scale model builders.

...and all we have to cope with is a bit of poxy, ready made plastic in a box! Along with bits of paper showing us how to put them all together.

My admiration knows no bounds..... :thumb2:

flippin' eck!........wasnt ready for that

i opened the thread expecting some 1:600 scale floaty boaty thing ......not that!

outstanding! very impressed

Is anybody aware of another type of language i can use to describe this ? cause the English one we use hasn't got enough words to say how brilliant this is...
it goes to prove that folk who build 'out of a box'..(myself included) are merely 'assemblers' and anybody that can do this from scratch is a 'modeller...'

Also after seeing this i'm gonna throw all my box kits away and take up crocheting.....

Fabulous! Is that all scratched or did you have some sort of kit to start?
HI DAVE I just bought the hull from fleetscale in grp 6ft long by 8" beam an all the rest is scratch build except the merlin helo which is a 1/72 kit fitted with working rotars thanks for your comments
