ArmaHobby are doing their Hurricane MkI with a new set of decals for Battle of Britain Anniversary, the decals are for:

Nope, its a real aircraft - flying boat - service ceiling 26000 ft - obviously unpressurised. There are several in service, their main specialist task being fire fighting - being used in Portugal, Israel Greece - as well as Russia

Oh, okay, I stand corrected :) I thought I recognised it as an ekranoplan.
 
The pilots must be top-notch, filling their water tanks means skimming the waters surface at a pretty high speed! I wouldn't think that they could operate in much of a sea state - lakes probably being their best bets...............
