HI Can any body tell me how to get all my inbox mail up again as the damm pc seems to be elinmiating the mail every few days an i wanted to find a bit on something i hadnt got from ebay as id paid for it but it dint come so i thought id look it up but i cant get the mails up if you see my problem so can anybody help me

I'm not up to Windows 10 yet, but a few things to try
1) Try looking for a folder called 'deleted items' in your mail app - should all be in there (unless it gets emptied regularly).
2) If not, try going to your mail server online, hoping that they'll have copies.
3) Have you checked your 'messages' file on ebay, mostly the emails are copies of the messages.

Not a Windows 10 person either but have a look in the Recycle bin on your computer to see if they are there.

I'm sort of in the same boat - ordered an item, supplier says 'dispatched', courier saying package not received (not been collected), if it doesn't turn up, then I'll be opening up a dispute with eBay - I'm keeping a record of all communications with both the supplier and the courier!

Chris, I've just checked my email server (bt), and there is a folder called 'Trash', looks like it holds up to 99 old emails that I have deleted from the inbox (don't think that I've ever cleared it) not sure if your supplier has the same

Gmail (I have a Gmail account as well) has what they call 'Bin', but that only holds up to 30 days, so anything older will have gone

WELL Gerry im at a loss with this G/MAIL things keep dissapearing i wonder if its that flamein ole CORTTANA program as sometimes it comes into my P/C an starts to rearange my pics but as its about 30 days then i suppoce i'll have to accept its as a loss then thanks for telling me as ive got qute a few exspensive things like R/C servo's an their extension leads which are also quite exspensive on order so i can only hope they come ok
an i hope you get your problem resolved

As I said, if you have a look in the trash/bin/whatever folder, it might still be there - doesn't help that the eBay protection thing doesn't kick in until after 30 days

well Gerry i just checked again an there is nothing in the trash bin says empty

well Gerry this is my problem i cant find all my messages on my G/MAIL but im gonna have another look at my G/MAIL account an see if the meassages are in there as this is getting ridiclous

Looking like it's set so that when you come out of the program, it clears it out :worried:

YEA Gerry thats what i was thinking but i cant find out how to bring up old emails as there is nothing that says bring up old emails ive tried pressing all the bloomin buttons an an signs on there but no joy

OH Cheers Gerry as im fresh out of ideas an frustraded an really fed up with it as do you know what now when i come to upload pics of my tiger build they have only gone an changed the procedure on how i upload the pics as before it was easy an now well ive managed it once but not looking forward to when i want to again why cant they leave things alone if it an'nt broke why fix it with something different do you know i feel like im totataly fed up with this windows 10 /
windows VISTA was far easyier
