discussion What's your favourite scale?

Mainly 1/35 for dios and armour, 1/48 for single engined planes and 1/72 for bombers although I have some large scaled bombers, 1/700 for ships, 1/350 ships if I can finish my 1/700 stash. I have done one 1/24 scale BF109 with a few others in the stash and a few odd scaled figures and one 1/100 scaled USS Constipation waiting in the wings. I have carved one to one scaled trees, Tutankhamun and camels for a stage.

Let's just say if it's doable than I'll have a go at it.

Well what is the difference in size between a 1/35 bf109 and a 1/32 bf109?

That’s question is answered and the answer is a lot more than perhaps we think!

Eyes bad/old and optivisor lenses don't go high enough for anything under 1/35 or 1/32 scale.................................

I noticed that too, but decided not to make a point of it There’s a 9% difference between the two, and though this means figures are kind of interchangeable (as long as you give them weapons and equipment in only one of the two scales), I wouldn’t say vehicles or aircraft are.
