Comrade Dzhon, that is looking very good, the fire wood is a nice little detail, the thatch does look very tidy, unlike Boris Johnson's.......

Excellent building work John, as we come to expect from your skilled hands…..bravo sir :thumb2:

Never heard that one Lee........must be part of the local lore coming out. Will have to research it to see if it is in use elsewhere. :thumb2: Rick H.
ps. has anyone seen me coat?????
Yeah we always said a Rank of wood in these parts BTW I think Commander Race has your coat he asked if he needed to take it off in one of my builds lol.

Sorry Lee it's my coat and it stays in your kitchen, on no account let Rick have it. It may be the season of good will to all men , but my coat is off limits :smiling2:

While to battle continues over who owns the coat I've managed to take a few photos. However they are close ups and show more errors than needed, best viewed at approx 20 mtrs.
Not impressed with to keep have to change settings on the pc.

Trying to paint these in thin wash coats, some are indeed a bit thin, never mind Its all good fun.

Hi John
Nowt wrong with your dio work. I'm sure this will be as stunning as the others.
Jim

Those are great JR......even if some of 'em don't have hair-do's. They could catch a death this time of the year! Never took you for a coat "lifter".....I'll have to watch my personal items from now on. :tongue-out3: Rick H.

These are great and I'm happy to see he finally washed his fingers. Good job Dude 2 and I really love Karl Marx on the left. We won't mention Bilbo though.................................

Sorry John. I’m a bit late for the party but have finally discovered this! Great work and the usual help and banter from the Rabble! I think I’ve caught up and will try to follow now.

That's very kind of you too say Jim. This painting figures lark is very strange, I keep looking a figure P Diddy sent me and wonder how he achieved it . Keep putting off the faces though !:crying:

Ha , I've glue my coat on with CA Rick .:smiling3:
That's taking social distancing a bit far John.

Dude have you noticed how many of the figures actually do look like someone . I had a tank commander who looked a ringer for Putin and another who looked like the Duke Of Edinburgh. These's sculptors must have a laugh at times .

love it all so far John! Excellent work going on here.

Jim.
Hi Jim, thanks for looking in , thank you .
