Despite asking numerous times for help with resetting my password nothing happened. Si I opened a new account and paid my dues to the supporters forum. And guess what I still can't PM anyone and I cannot get rid of the upgrade banner in the bottom right corner will someone please put me out of my misery. And yes my email address is working fine and receiving emails from other people.

I had to open anew account as could not get back into the old one despite being told they would send me a password which I didn't get. I amhopeing that John can sort all this mess out but can't PM him, I can't PM anyone.
