If you are referring to the tall structure
on the left of the photo, then yes. Were they already open?! Had to cut mine out on the HOOD!
Yes Ian they were already open the ones on the right I might leave as is.......we'll see how I feel.

Really progressing well Brian. Once again I'm impressed with how neatly your PE work is. I am a fan of wooden decks, they make painting easier and , in my opinion, look good. The only downside is that they have a thickness to them around small deck details. Some don't like the uniform colour but that is easily dealt with.
Carry on the fine work Captain :thumb2:

WOW youve been a busy chap this morn Bri an it all looks great very nice work indeed im very impressed keep the pics comin as ive been studyin them as these big battle ship nelson an rodney i dont know much about but when i first see them was intrested in the three forward main turrets as i thought it very unusual arrangement

Hi Chris. Yes, I have the 1/200 Trumpeter Bismarck and the Pontos etch. This is Brian’s thread though so I won’t say anymore.
Can’t get enough of these big ship builds though, they look stunning when complete. The detail that can be put into them is awesome, as Brian is demonstrating.
Cheers, P

Evening guys apologies for lack of progress ended up having a hypo this morning and it sorta screws my day up.

That's all I done guys

One other thing is I messed my airbrush up getting bad blowback needle looks fine as does the nozzle but the nozzle seal looks suspect, anyway i put the 0.15 needle in and it works fine so I ordered needle kit 0.4 not very good with airbrushes and it's been a long time since I used one!!

Omg I just fixed my airbrush by simply tightening up the nozzle cap Doh!!!! oh well got some spares now.
