What can I say?… Wow!!! Tiger looks terrific, an absolutely outstanding achievement. I cannot adequately convey in this post all the admiration I have for this build, your dedication and skill has been on a truly epic scale.
I can hardly wait to see her afloat. With all the electronics working it certainly will be a spectacular sight for anyone watching. I look forward to seeing a video after her inaugural launch :thumb2:
Bravo sir!!!
All the very best
Paul
AN HI Jim yes im very pleased at how she as turned out an not everything has been fitted but im a bit worried at her wheight but i treid to build as light as possible but got to be strong an yes i think if i can get her on the water it will be a miricale as so many things to remember an that can go wrong so what will be will be cheers for stoppin an your nice commentsWell Chris, what can I say that hasn't already been said. This epic build is truly amazing. You must be very proud of it. Like many others I can't wait to see her on the water.
AN THANK YOU AndrewChris
That really is quite simply outstanding. I think Paul @tr1ckey66 has summed it perfectly. This - with the greatest respect to all the GREAT modellers on here - really is something exceptional.
Very, very well done indeed.
Also, sorry to hear that you've not been well, it's been hard to keep up as much as I would like, what with my studies!
All the best.
Andrew

AN MANY THANKS Garry yes im very pleased with her just got to hope no probs when she is goin to get her bum wet lol an your I/D is turning into a staggerin model for a first timer very well done to you alsoSo pleased that you are on the mend Chris, Tiger is looking amazing, very well done.
Cheers John
HI MR Wabble aka rich yes its the angle that the pic has been taken as the keel is about 4 inches from the top of the black W/L an yes she has keel wheights attched to the keel so i think she should be fairley stable as she will undergo balance test when we put her in the water an i will pull her over to about 45 degreess angle an let her go to see how many rolls she takes to self right an im keepim my pesky boatin mate at bay from her who pushed my nimitz carrier out into the pond center before i tested her as he said i worry to much an thank god she sailed ok even in a gale force wind that was blowin that day so just got to hope no probs on the day but i bet there will be as this is the most complex ship ive ever built so Oooooooohhhhhhh i'll shut me eyes lolAll the hard work is paying off Chris, she looks a beaut. After all the make up you're adding the trinkets and accessories like the crew.
Forgive me if I ask this, perhaps it's the angle of the shot but her keel is looking shallow making her looking top heavy. I'm not worried of how deep she will sit but more like capsizing on a sharp turn. Have you looked into that. I'm guessing you've addressed that with the ballast. Just concerned.
Looking forward to the launch and shake down.
Cheers,
Wabble
AN Neil many thanks fo your comments alsoWhat an achievement Chris, this is absolutely fantastic!
AN MANY THANKS to you ALSO Scottie an yes she certainly has given me some probs to solve an there maybe more on the big day as im goin to try an take all the tools an things like resin an hardner in case of a leak as its nr two yrs ago since she was in the test tank an the hull may have distored due to exspantion an contraction over the yrs as i have some cracks but only 2 in the paint work but not in the hull but while they are nothing but cometic i'll leave them be till after the big day but if they get worst then i'll rub them down an respray the hull sectionChris,
This is a truly outstanding build my friend. It shows your skills as a model maker and problem solver. You should be really proud of what you have achieved to create this masterpiece.
an hi Mick yes feelin better an lets hope she dont do a sub impression on the wet stuff OooooooooohhhhJust had a very enjoyable catch up with the build, firstly glad you’re feeling better. She really is a thing of beauty Chris, like the rest I can’t wait to see her launched.
HI Pete no i cant as the test tank has got all leaves in the water an its all greasy from them leaves as jen planted a small bush nr the tank but the flamein bush now is up there 15ft high so i got the bosses permission to cut it down but cant do it yet as too cold an its lot of work tryin to clean up the test tank so it straight to pond an hope for the best lolAre you going to give her a dip in the test tank before the launch Chris?
Pete
AN Cheers Dave thanks for your nice comments an yes so do i but im sure there will be probs due to the rough rds about here but just hopein for the bestCongratulations on a stunning build, Chris. I hope all goes well with her first deployment. :thumb2:
