Yes,it will have some crew,but not decided which ones yet....( It's going to be on a base with the Cromwell, but the base I had in mind isn't up to it..... so a home made jobbie it will be )

Just read through your build, and thought the idea of the bridge and knocked out Panther dio is doable. Vallejo and others do static water plus another company make a product so that you can add your own waves called 'Making Waves' and is simple to use.
Enjoyed your build, all the plaudits have been said so I second them.
