Update,
So not happy with the flaps and have decided to start again with a thinner plastic base and instead of liquid cement which has caused the plastic to warp a little, I will use c/a to secure the joint. Then I will be adding the etch details...
What a good learning curve this is, I think when you stick to one subject you tend to become a bit complacent, so all other subjects are on hold at the moment....
Cooker replacement went as it said on the tin, now just waiting for SWMBO to test it out, have cut hole in the roof just in case...
And thanks for all the advice about replacement fuses, will get SWMBO to try them out and publish results...
More later
Mike.

Glad the cooker appears to be ok now. I wouldn't like to think of you being reduced to eating McD crap :rolling:
Those wings seem to be giving you some grief but with you skills you'll sort it and the result will be superb.

Jim it is lack of plane experience that is the problem, not having made one for a decade I have become rusty. But I am also using this build to try out methods and is proving to be fun and getting away from the detail work I put into the AFV's to try another medium.
Cooker is working, she operated it last night and the International Space Station is safe for a few more orbits.
As for the McD cr4p, I fully agree, had to deliver some frozen buns to the distribution depot and the guy taking the cages off tipped one and about 6 bags fell off, no more said he just kicked them into the warehouse and as the other workers were passing they kicked them around out of their way - eventually the guy unloading me picked them up and put them back in the cage - that was the end of me eating McD or any other brand.

If yer going to play with hairy planes get the terms proper!!! ;) :smiling2: :smiling2: :smiling2:

It took me long enough to work out there were not any tracks or a turret,
Michael, you'll be pleased to hear, some aircraft do have turrets. Ok, a bit different than maybe what you are used to.
And look, tracks ! There you go, you should feel quite at home now.

So, the Gladiator, has neither of the above, but looking at your shopping, it's going to have so much more.
