AN NO Jakko no would i esp for the amount of money it cost i thought jen had bought a R/R of kits as the box is like a fancy siutcase with a carry handle but never mind im getting it built i think if i just get over this top joint lookin decent an the bottom part of the fusalarge then it should be plain sailin an should look a decent model an with my extras should set it of just nice an does it say when my super hornet was made ? in 1 /32Let me ask my good friend Scalemates

And with two variant kits released the same year. I would not expect the kind of fit issues Barry and you have with it on a kit fourteen years old, TBH.
An HI Scottie yes you are right there it would have been a fab kit if the fitment was not a problem an i can honestly say this is the worst an hardest kit ive ever treid to build an certainly no begginer kit thats for sure an ive also got another trumpy 1/32 kit in the super hornet so surely that should build ok cant have two bad kits surely as im not that unlucky ? AM IChris, I have every confidence in you to sort the issue out, but it would be better the kit fitted better.
The Trumpeter one? Also 2010. You may want to lower your expectationsdoes it say when my super hornet was made ? in 1 /32
OH DEAR Jakko so it might be another tomcat then well im well into retirement so got nothing eles to do so if when i build it it will keep me busy if its got all these bad fits an if i can build it like i will with the tomcat then i can call myself a moddeler lolThe Trumpeter one? Also 2010. You may want to lower your expectations![]()

AN HI J/R John yes im given it the good ole collage try an cheers for havin faith in me to build this plane kit wish i had as much faith in myself as you guys give me as thats whats keepin me goin on this plane kit an the same on my tiger build as well anyway back to this build an yes i spray painted it an i was right there are 5 dimples in the paintwork so its back to sanding down again but nowhere near as much but hope to sort this today on the sandin an the resprayin again an that should do it hopefully an ive just got to hope then the paintwork will blend in towards the rest of the fusalarge ? oh dear an if it does then it will be down on the underside to try an fix this bottom fusealarge plate WOW as Jakko pointed out this kit is new toolin so god know what their old toolin is like lolYou'll knock that into shape Chris, I have no regrets in saying that .

Yup, agree with Jakko. If you never knew of the problem you wouldn't be non the wiser!! Good job of hiding the error! That gap looks well and truly filled :smiling3: One of those things that, if you don’t know it was there, you almost certainly won’t notice, so well done.
THANKS Stefen yes she should look the dogs when she get her decals on an tomorrow im goin to fit on both airbrakes an im pleased managded to fill that fusealarge gap an that bottom plateLooking really smart, well worth your sweat and tears.
