A last minute change of direction for me on this one. I was going to do something from the space race period but had this bad boy kicking around in my stash for some time. I think it fits the criteria for "Iconic" Geoff as the Apache is a combat proven. battle tested piece of American military hardware feared by many and which is still regarded as the world's most advanced and proven attack helicopter. More pictures and spru shots will follow later.

Off and running at last. This is my first experience of a Hasegawa model so it will be an eye opener for me. Progress on the office and motors

All parts fitted together really nicely so far.

After the trouble I had with my last ventue I just had to do a dry fit with the cockpit into the fuzz. Fitted lovely, no issues at all.

I think I am going to enjoy this little heli.

Well this looks a whole lot easier than the Mossie. The perfect antidote to a 'challenging' kit. Looking forward to this one.

Off to a good start Steve. Sounds like you are having a good experience with the Hasegawa kit.
Thanks Joe. Yes, so far so good. For too long I have been blinkered into using Revell or Airfix so its time to expand my horizons and see what else is out their.
