Just finished and I rather like this kit. I was apprehensive about the 3D Printed parts, there are a lot of them but in the end they worked well and it’s far better than having a load of pe. The worst buy, what is your
I always thought about Revell like that until I built that recent tool 1/32 Hurricane, then the Meteor! Revell with those have turned a corner. Cannot wait for their new 1/32 Harrier. -
Worst /best kit you’ve built.
Interesting that you found the Tamiya 1/48 Mossie so bad. My only ever ‘commission build’ was for a friend using this kit to replicate the aircraft his father flew in the far east. A silver painted Mossie (pictured) and while not the greatest kit I found it rather good. Mind you, not a patch... -

Tamiya 1/35 M24 Chaffee
This is the last of my armour builds and I will be back to 1/32 aircraft next. I have enjoyed these builds, I have found them much quicker a 1/32 aircraft but still satisfying. I don't pretend to be an expert armour builder but I quite happy with the results.- BarryW

Worst /best kit you’ve built.
For me the worse was the Kitty Hawk OV-10 Bronco in 1/32 scale. Truly a terrible kit in every way a kit can be bad. Fit, engineering, moulding, instructions, decals, it had no redeeming features at all. The best, well it has to be the Kotare Bf109k which just pips their Spitfires to the... -

Kotare Spitfire Vb 1/32 scale
Correct. The other two is the Sky fuselage band painted along a slanted panel line, clearly because it’s easier than doing it vertically as all ‘paint shop’ production aircraft are done. The other is the black propeller back-plate as they clearly just removed the spinner to paint sky separately.- BarryW

Kotare Spitfire Vb 1/32 scale
My second of these superb Kotare Spitfires and it wont be my last. This is an early Mk V which has some interesting details having been repainted from the original Dark Earth scheme, painted in the field. Four things in particular stick out, see if you can spot them.- BarryW
