Help please with products and items

I just use paint stripper from any DIY shop. Some wire wool dipped in stripper will help remove any stubborn paint. I wouldn't worry too much about any paint still left in the recesses of the model. You may do more damage to the casting trying to remove it and provided it isn't blistered by the...

    Steve's Revell 1/48 Mosquito B Mk.IV

I I am just pleased that Revell have clearly marked this kit as a Level 5 and hope that innocent purchases pay attention to that. There is no way a young and inexperienced builder could put this thing together.

    Steve's Revell 1/48 Mosquito B Mk.IV

So to recap. Because of the information contained on various reviews on the web highlighting the poor fit of the engine cowlings, in anticipation of much trimming, filling and sanding I have decided to build up the undercarriage and fit the cowlings before I fit the wings to the fuzz and not...

Boatmans 1/200 scale USS HORNET CV8 BUILD AN LIGHTS for the Doolittle raid on japan

Just caught up with the latest updates Chris. Firstly, the lights look very impressive when illuminated, great job on those. And the work on the small figures while tedious will pay off as they really add to the finished model.
