Put the polish thing on the shelf of doom ,gone back to the tru scale Cut the track guard brackets/supports off ,have etch will use ,bugger didn't realise five pieces to each of the replacements Got loads done today ,these pics a few days old now ,will take some more tomorrow. Dave- David Lovell

Blimy Si you had me thinking for a bit rember the little zvezda 72nd one I built ,couldn't remember using masking tape or silly putty (hope you don't mind a pic) Then the light went on i used masking fluid pretty sure did the whole thing yellow masked up with the fluid and squirted the green...- David Lovell

Hairspray or heavy chipping fluid votes close 11am
Damm seems a draw was hoping to have someone to blame when it all went wrong. From my experience using them ive only used hair spray on 35th (only once)probably my fault for not using enough but found it hard work to break down ,no way could you have abused a 72nd scale kit to that amount of...- David Lovell

Got a coat of primer on this morning ,I do like the mr hobby aqueous surfacer 1000?(I think) easy to throw down always gives a good finish. Like I said John wrong but looks the part remember this one i did for the Simon T memorial They were indy links if I recall bloody horrendous, looking at the quality of the mouldings here(HobbyBoss) compared to what I'm working with now ive a feeling a bit of mud could be on the menu.- David Lovell
