Cheers mates Fenders seem to take a real beating in the urban theatre of operation.In a lot of the ref vids and pics show them missing altogether I was planning to use the Voyager t- 62 PE fenders and bash the he.. out of them but the dont really fit the t-72 - aleast not wothout me gping...- Steven

I got bored doing roadwheels so I turned my attention to the rebar cage. I made a test - build to see if , following Martin Kovacs excellent example in Bear In the Sand.....I could make twisted 0-2mm wire look convincingly like rebar - I am pleased with results Test build on my old Tamiya T- 55:- Steven

Some PE for the model: side skirts and ERA - blocks - ERA - panels are also torn, bended hanging from brackets and I op PE will help doing this As I am not keen on doing the sand -and- thin -back - of -the -plastic- heat - to -malable - thing I am also going to get some PE fenders form...- Steven

Most Likely same vehicle as the one from the screenshot - different source- DIY side panels filled with rubble is a feature on BMP2s of the Republican Gurad in the same period as well and my BMP in Aleppo - dio will feature this. still on the fence I will include them on the T-72 but it is a...- Steven

I am off my game..I can't find a metal barrel for my trumpeteer 2s1 (no 05571)
Hello chaps I got the trumpeteer 2S1 122mm SP Howitzer "Gvozdika" (kit no 05571) and it is a nice enough kit but lacking a metal gun barrel Scalemates tell me that Model Point and Barrel Depot have made 1/35 metal barrels for some older kit versions of the 2S1 but I can't source either - are...- Steven

Thanks Tim Door knobs added - made from rivets and a bit of evergreen tubing top coat killed the brass shine a bit but that's easily fixed- Steven

Thanks, Well my dio's sort of grow, take the end piece of the wall for example, I was planning tp paint the edge black to indicate that it continues "outside the frame" (as does the sidewalk) but I got the idea to make a gate which will be blown askew hanging from one hinge- Steven
