    GRASS AND TAMIYA PAINTS

Seems from reading about using Mr Hobby as the primer, it will have a sheen, as you will have noticed. There is a Tamiya colour I could spray over this, which is a slightly different brown. Now need to find the smallest pipette on the market as will only need small amounts of paint, so any ideas...

Done some more, this time sprayed the base with MR HOBBY brown and allowed to dry for the 24 hrs. Tree is also done , used white and did the green leaves. Next did some soil colours, tried to match the Stug. Pleased for 1st use, room for improvement on the grass painting . Comments welcome .

    GRASS AND TAMIYA PAINTS

Decided after my first attempt at doing the grass in paint to have another go . Tomorrow or later, depending on the heat I'll try some TAMIYA XF paints. John.

    Model makes.

Just admit it Chris, you no longer want to play hide and seek on the floor looking for those parts as getting back up is hard.. I find walking about barefoot finds things quickly ;)

    My first car

Wow , was my first car , had the estate version. Remember driving back from some where wondering why it seemed rough. Only to find a lead had come off ! Wouldn't get that today.

Yes, he's good. Runs a forum as well , but I don't bother as you have to resize all photos and can only post 3 at a time.

. Hi When you get the kit the sides are in one piece, some people cut the sides down as I did. There are many photos of vehicles with some sides missing, presumed lost in the general movement and in battle. Hope this answers your question.
