Cheers Paul, Mike has won two with two entries at St Ives, that trench digger and a tank. The paint and the additions look spot on matey.
Thanks JoeNice painty work John. The cover over the gun adds interest

That's spot on mate.Stand by for some thing different !.
At last I've finished the StuG loaded the back as Paul would say with "CRAP IN THE BACK " Had loads of fun doing that part. When thay was done and the "rope " finished it was tome for some branches. That sea foam I treated years ago has come it. Sprayed with a brown primer and once dry sprayed with some glue and put the leaves over.
Will have to finish the Commander and then spay the whole thing in a XF clear mat.
Dio ground has been sprayed in Mr Hobby brown , now being left for 24 hrs before attempting the soil and grass.

Learnt a lot from this with the first time use of Tamya paints, also just given the AB its first proper clean ! Would have been numerous times with acrylics.

Thanks PaulThat's spot on mate.
Pleased to hear he's still winning prizes.Cheers Paul, Mike has won two with two entries at St Ives, that trench digger and a tank.

Thanks Paul, thought you'd like the backLoveitloveitloveit....citb is excellent, but greenery is exceptional.
. Hi When you get the kit the sides are in one piece, some people cut the sides down as I did. There are many photos of vehicles with some sides missing, presumed lost in the general movement and in battle. Hope this answers your question.Very impressive and realistic. As a complete military vehicle novice may I ask what the gap in the sheet armour on the right side is for?
You will be perfect toto, I've been modelling for some time and not all things go to plan ! Thank you for saying.Beautiful work.
I'm in awe with the sharpness and detailing of the paintwork.
I've still to attempt a proper vehicle paint job yet and it makes me feel unworthy before I even try. Very inspiring to where I would eventually like to be.
Thanks for sharing
Toto
Yes, he's good. Runs a forum as well , but I don't bother as you have to resize all photos and can only post 3 at a time.Pleased to hear he's still winning prizes.

Thanks my friend. See things that I would change doing it again, those rubber tracks for one, much prefer the metal .Well done Mr race, marvellous finish
Glad to read you’ve had a nice time using Tamiya paint and it’s not giving you trouble as opposed to acrylics. Although I do use both I much prefer using Tamiya
Once again, well done mate…looks fab![]()
