Hi Mate, well done for completing the build mate, looks like you certainly had a battle on your hands, but it turned out well. As above like Andy, I have only built a couple of Gecko models myself, but they were all good IMHO, but I'm sure every manufacturer can have some good and some bad kits...- pjgtech

German Jagdpanzer VI - AliExpress No Name special - 1/144 scale.

Revell - German U-Boat - Type VII C/41 - 1:350 scale
A bit of progress today.... After joining the two hull sections, the deck was then fixed in place, again it needed a few clamps, some tape, etc. It was very thin and fiddly, but it seems to fit quite nicely. Paint pot holder - from scrap!
I've seen a few paint pot holders, custom made, cheap plastic. etc, some hold one pot, some hold several Being a clumsy oaf, I have, on occasion knocked over the odd pot (or two!) Is scale modelling a cheap or expensive hobby?
That's one of the reasons I stick to air rifles, more shots per £, eg: tin of 500 pellets maybe £15, Which equates to roughly 3 pence per shot! Although all the gear and accessories added up can still be expensive.- pjgtech

Yeah, I agree that I get a lot of time out of the hobby and a lot of pleasure building em.... Think my most expensive hobby was Motorbikes, spent a bloody fortune on bikes, gear and trips away, etc, Lol! ;)- pjgtech

Only thing about mine is the extra led lights on the tripods are a bit weedy, I'm thinking of upgrading. But they were probably the cheapest ones out there, so my own fault, buy cheap, etc..... -

Ok, if we are showing workbenches, not just model making workbenches, then here's my garage, it was empty when I moved in, and like most people why waste that space by putting a car in it! Edit, very remiss of me, I should of course have added my condolences. If its collection only an indication of what area in the UK would be good?
