The T-12 was a medium tank designed in the late 1920s, which didn't get much past the prototype, being replaced by the T-24. Sanding Timber to the required thickness
That's the same system that is used on professional sanders for woodworking shops. Depending on the grit being used its a perfect way to reduce the thinkness . I found Bass wood to be free of large knots and grain.- John Race
