    Been steadily building , For once, instructions that are clear and concise, not a load of lines. The only part that flew into the air, never to be seen again, until 6 weeks after I've finished it! Now doing the bit I hate the most, TRACKS !

    Sanding Timber to the required thickness

    That's the same system that is used on professional sanders for woodworking shops. Depending on the grit being used its a perfect way to reduce the thinkness . I found Bass wood to be free of large knots and grain.

    I've heard before of flexing of decks causing problems, esp where PE decking was applied.

    No still going strong, now complete with a Gatling gun type needle system. Chris Boatman knows only too well as to how it feels .
