The canopy was missing from the kit, so the one seen is fabricated. After enquiring I got a free canopy from those nice people at Minicraft but being an impatient type I had alraedy completed the kit!

Cheers John, impatience is often my downfall. I make too many mistakes like assembling bits in the wrong order, misinterpreting instructions leading to gluing bits upside down. Managed to glue HMS Victory's bowsprit on upside down and it was well set before I noticed, almost wrecked the kit trying to correct that one.
Colin, here's another couple:
The Ju-88 is 1/200 with the Stuka at 1/144. The blue background took out the green in the splinter camouflage (shows what I know about photography).
