This is the one from the cyber-hobby kit which I've been building since November here:

Some colour pictures of the model, best I could do.

Taking a leaf from Ron's B+W photographs of his fantastic dioramas I tried to get a replica of one of those snapshots that turn up in personal photo albums from time to time, just for a bit of fun. It turns out that it's harder than it looks! This was the best one.

This is a beautifully engineered and fitting kit. I would unreservedly recommend it if it were not for the awful instructions. I would not recommend it for someone without some experience of aircraft kits, simply because experience of such kits will give someone the nouse to overcome the pitfalls that the instructions might cause. Of course an experienced modeller might be able to do that anyway, but looking online some very experienced people have come unstuck :)

Cheers

Beautiful build Steve, pictures are stunning. Certainly one to be proud of, love it.

Wow, what a corker. Such a beautiful aircraft, and beautifully painted!

Awesome

This has turned out very well and the paintwork looks so authentic. That's one to be proud of.

Kind regards

Robert

An excellent build Steve, it's been very interesting to watch this one come together.

Beautiful build Steve.

Clean and tidy; with an excellent paintwork as always.

Cheers.

It looks lovely Steve. I know you said that scheme can be a bit boring, I like it, and it's not green.

Beautiful as always Steve. Did you take it for a ride to get the pictures or use a background - 'cos that's not what you see outside either of your doors!

Beautiful build Steve, the backdrop real shows it off,do like to see a different color as well,

great job ,very well done, ;)

Steve, as usual you have done an outstanding job, beautifully executed throughout. I really wish Dragon would produce more 1/32 aircraft of this quality but, of course, getting their instructions sorted out!

Very nice Steve, decent photos too. I reckon I'll be trying some of those old style b&w shots too just need to sort out a background!

Yeah those dragon instructions aren't great are they, but I do think a lot of people come unstuck because they don't dry fit or think ahead.

Quality build mate.

Big thanks to one and all. I'm glad you like it!

Next up another big German, the HK models Do 335 though I might first have a go at the ground crew originally intended to go with the Bf 110 for a bit of light relief.

Cheers

Steve, that is one excellent build.

To quote you......"Best I can do.".....From my point of view, I'd like to see someone do better!

Thanks for the great build thread too. It's been a pleasure to follow.

That is amazing. Great model and pics. Way beyond anything I could do.

SWMBO likes it! I even got permission to display it on the one and only shelf I'm allowed in the living room :)

This has relegated the big Spitfire floatplane to 'upstairs', the first step on the ladder to the great model dump in the sky aka the loft

Cheers
