Got it - it's a divorce. He's been told to 'dispose of all assets' but can't actually part with them, hence the inflated prices.

God grief, that's about the size of Liverpool mate. They got one of these in my local shop, the shop owner had to make room for the box, it's bloomin mahoosive!
