Revell - Build your Dream: Products

Good news for the large scale fans. I just read that the new kits from Revell are hitting the shops just about any time now.

There is the UHU and a Lynx and I just caught a glimt of a 109 G6

These have been listed on my local shops website for a while, not available as yet and no date noted for when they will be in stock.

The prices they have are ...

109 ... £17.99 (rrp 19.99)

Lynx... £17.99 (rrp 19.99)

UHU ... £44.99 (rrp 49.99)

Not too bad really, and as they're new they should be decent moulds and quality material shouldn't they? :)

The Revell web site says they are available now, so they must be hitting the shops soon.

Revell reboxed the Hasegawa Bf 109 K. If that's what they've done for the G-6 then it represents fantastic value for money. I've built ..ahem...a few of the Hasegawa 109s and paid a lot more than that for them.

Cheers

There's an understatement :) :)

So the 109's a reboxed hasegawa then, and the quality is good for the cost, might be worth getting to compliment my 1/32 JU88 sitting there all alone:)

Apparently the 1/32 Lynx is a new kit , and there is also a Revell 1/32 SA332 Puma (reissued) in German Police markings so stated by a guy who went to the Nurenberg show

Hi Colin,I don't know for sure if that's what has happened. Revell obviously have a deal with Hasegawa, hence the reboxing of the Bf 109 K-4. If they've done the same for the G-6 it is definitely worth grabbing one (or several) as the Hasegawa kit makes a nice 109 and 18 quid is a give away.

Cheers

I will wait to see the reviews of the Uhu and compare it to the ZM one coming out soon before I consider buying. I won't be adding the others to my stash, at least not yet - the stash is too big for me and I need to build a few of them first!!

I fancy the HE219.At £49.99 it will be very good value for money.I should think the ZM kit will be at least 3 times as expensive which will put it out of my reach.

Here's a review by Brett Green on the HE219. Hannants are doing a special on the pre-orders with a 10% discount. I'm not sure on the release date but it's in Modelzones latest mag but not on their website.

I certainly looks beaut...

Great value too at under £42

I bet the ZM one is at least twice that, probably more. Given the review I expect to get this but not just yet a while....
