Well after a lot of faffing about I have got this one done. The Italeri S-100 schnellboot.
Why did it have to be (almost) white. Any how here is my take on it...You might just notice something a bit different with this one. I did consider calling it fünfzig Schattierungen von Grau (that's 50 shades of grey if you need to know lol).
I must have gotten a kit that was pressed just befor they cleaned the tools.. Talk about flash and mould seams!
Hope you like it.

Sorry for the rather quick photos and the clutter in the back ground. I might do another when it is in the cabinet.

Very nice, tidy build, Ian.
I particularly like the torpedo tube colouring.

Top work for sure.

Ron

Nice build Ian is that an RC model or a static one?

The different shades of grey makes it very realistic.

Nice build Ian would like to build one of these but the size puts me off.( where to display it ).

Cheers chaps, glad you like her.
Only a static model Richard, the nearest water to me is the coast....not really the best to sail models in.

Impressive work Ian, lots of detail to look at there. Like Ron, I admire the finish you've achieved on those torpedoes

Cheers chaps.
The torpedoes where painted with Alclad II Steel and brass over a black primer. They do look rather good. The props or screws if you rather where brass over a gloss black base.
Not sure if they can be seen on the photos...
