Today sprayed the primer on the base

Managed to get a dip in the xps foam, just sanded and after cleaning stuck down the Kappa foam board, which has had a thin coat of pva wash coat to seal the foam and did the imprinting .
Once dried I can start the weathering
John .

A happy afternoon painting stone sets.

These were the paints used after the primer.

Loads of washes next.
Have ordered some plastic strips from the shop for the windows, gutters as getting down on stock.

Thanks for looking in.
John.

Evening Mr Race,
Going really well John, cannot wait to see these cobbles get the JR weathering treatment. Crack on Sir.

I'm anxious to see the weathering wash effects but wow the cobblestones have sure started to take on some life now !

Hi John, just checking on "mother"...that's what I call all Marders. Love the cobbles. I only did a quarter of yours and I was already going bonkers. :smiling6:

Cheers,
