I am still a beginner in the world of modelling, so I am taking things slow.

This kit pleasantly surprised me with all its interior detail and functionality on such an old (1974) kit.

I have done no weathering on this kit, as I sometimes like the vehicle to look brand new and polished.

The tracks are the classic vinyl ones which Tamiya do, and I do not like if and when this means the track will sit in an unrealistic, non- or uncorrectly sagging, way. However, on this kit it doesn't matter, since the top part of the track is hidden by the sidebar ;-) Otherwise, I would probably not have bought this.

A negative point is the very visible injection pin marks on the upper part of the front hatch, which can be placed in the folded out position. I tried filling, but I am not that good with this, yet. For some reason, sanding a smooth surfance from Vallejo plastic putty is not as easy for me as I thought. Maybe I am doing something wrong?

If anyone would like to see zoomed in photos, do not hesitate to ask!

Constructive comments are welcome.

Kind regards from Copenhagen, Denmark!

Thanks!

Sjov du lige bor på Falster - jeg er ved at bygge moduler til en modeljernbane dernede sammen med tre andre gæve!
