Thanks JR., I'll be starting the final bit of weathering in a couple of days...stay tuned. Rick H.

Very nice detail on such a small tank. I can't see 1/35 anymore so I don't know how you do it but keep it up

Excellent work Rick, suggestion for your split wheels, how about a strip of black decal over the middle.
Cheers, Mike.

Very impressive Rick. Looking forward to seeing all the finished photos. The metal effect on the tracks - was it done with pencil or done with paints please?. Thanks in advance

Hi Steve, the tracks were first coated with a metalic metalizer called Rub n Buff. Then a black/brown/metalic wash was applied and allowed to dry. When dry the high spots were buffed off exposing the bright work underneath. In final weathering a black wash was applied to further darken and again buffed when dry. Finally I used dry pigments to dust over the tracks and again cleaned off the high spots and anything that needed further enhancing was hit with colored metallic pencils. Thanks Lee, Mojo still high I have already started my next build and will be posting soon. Allen, thanks Dude, means a lot. There are more pics. posted in the completed section. Cheers, Alles
